In Serenade each delicate petal is uniquely shaped and gracefully arranged. The petals appear to dance and swirl, creating a sense of movement and energy. Some petals are elongated and narrow, while others are round and full, giving the composition a dynamic and playful quality.
I tried to create subtle variations in tone and texture in this artwork. The petals seem to have a velvety softness as if one could reach out and feel their delicate surfaces.
The light shines through the translucent petals, casting gentle shadows and adding depth to the overall composition.

This painting ships in a tube. This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.
