Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packaging of your order.

International Shipping:

For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Methods:

I offer standard USPS or FedEx shipping option for domestic and international orders.

Shipping costs are free for orders more than $300.

Shipping Damage:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Eligibility:

Returns are not accepted for original paintings. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe a return is necessary, please reach out with your order details and reason for return. I will then offer guidance on the next steps.

Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds will be for the cost of the returned item minus any original shipping fees.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom orders, including commissioned artwork, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
